Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms for refunds on digital products sold by Devias Dev. Because all our products are instantly downloadable digital files, please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Everything we sell (website templates, UI kits, and source code) is a digital file. Once your payment is confirmed, download links unlock immediately in your account. For that reason, purchases that have already been downloaded are generally non-refundable.

2. When a Refund May Be Granted

We will consider a full refund if:

• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The product received is significantly different from its description and previews on the product page.
• A duplicate payment or billing error occurred.
• Payment was completed but the product has not been downloaded at all.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Products already downloaded and working as described.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incompatibility with your needs where this was already stated in the product description.
• Difficulty using the product due to the buyer's technical skill level.

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment confirmation.

4. If approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
